Our Women Entrepreneurs Start-Up programme is designed to empower women in our community who have a passion, whether in cooking, baking, sewing or other creative skills, but need support to turn their ideas into a real business.
Many women have the talent and motivation but are not sure how to take the first steps. This project provides guidance, training and practical help to move from idea to income. We begin by exploring their interests, understanding what they want to offer and looking at the needs of the community. With some market research, we help identify gaps in the market and opportunities for their business to grow.

As part of the programme, the women are actively involved in developing Saathi Snacks, a new community-led food brand currently in the early stages of start-up. Participants have already completed a Level 2 Food and Hygiene course and an Allergen Awareness course, building a strong foundation of knowledge and safety practices. In the coming year, Saathi Snacks will have its first soft launch, marking an exciting milestone for the group!
